If you are
having problems ordering from our website, please try the following:

or if you are using a personal firewall such as "Norton Internet
Security", make sure your firewall software allows connections

If you are using ZoneAlarm
on your PC:

button among the column of buttons on the left of the window
- Select the "Main"
tab from among the tabs near the top right of the window
- In the "Cookie

called "Remove private header information" that should
be turned off (not checked).
(This is an option
which lets software know where your web page clicks are coming
from. Our e-commerce solution (as well as many other sites on
the Internet) requires that we be able to verify that a click
on one of our buttons was actually located on our web page which
helps to reduce instances of fraud.)
*Additionally, you can temporarily turn off or reduce
the level of your firewall security to allow the order to be processed
-- just be sure to remember to restore your settings to their
original secure settings after placing your order (our site is
safe, but others may not be...)
